    Come to Denver and learn how to light-up the courtroom with smokin’ hot trial skills employed and perfected by The Masters of the criminal defense bar. NACDL presents this innovative program devoted to the art, science, and development of trial skills, with hands-on interactive lectures by the most highly-regarded defense lawyers from around the country. The faculty will implement live demonstrations throughout their presentations to impart new tactics and effective trial skills that can be used and applied in any kind of case by defense advocates at all experience levels.

    This unique seminar will allow participants to watch acclaimed trial lawyers use their proven techniques in LIVE DEMOs with real jurors, and learn how to develop fact-based theories and supporting themes that will resonate with jurors throughout trial. Interactive lectures will also include effective opening and closing statements, and creating cross-examinations that work, with the use of real witnesses during the seminar.

    CLE Credits NACDL is an accredited provider of CLE in all states requiring mandatory CLE Training. NACDL will apply for at least 12 general credit hours in every state requiring pre-approval. Approved hours for each state will be identified at the seminar. Some states, IL, GA, NC, NE, PA, TX and UT require additional fees by the attendee in order to receive credit. Show less
