Stenosis is a fancy word for narrowing of the spine. Many times it will be from disc material which is pushing into this canal which won’t dramatically improve with exercise, however the alignment of the vertebra can be controlled and so can your diet.
The vertebra typically move out of alignment in your spine with too much extension in your lumbar spine. Luckily, we can work to have the proper amount of extension via these simple home exercises.
