3/4 cup Gluten Free Flour
1 scoop + 1 tbsp Protein Powder
1/4- 1 tsp Cinnamon * if you want a stronger cinnamon taste use 1 tsp
1-3 tbsp Coconut Sugar * Use 2-3 tbsp for sweeter taste
1 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Baking soda
1/4 tsp Salt
1/3 cup Butter or Coconut Oil
1 Tbsp Vanilla Extract
1/4 cup Almond Milk
1. Preheat oven to 315F.
2. In a bowl mix all dry ingredients. Taste and make sure you like the balance of sweetness and cinnamon.
3. In a separate bowl mix all wet ingredients. Using a mixer, mix until well blended.
4. Keeping consistent stir, add in dry ingredients. Mix until the batter is creamy and fluffy.
5. Scoop batter into a pipping bag, and portion into a greased donut pan.
6. Bake or 8-930 minutes.
