I discovered that 20 years ago they labelled this Transformational Leadership, I'd been researching and practising this for 20 years by then. So Transformational Leadership is yesterday's news now. 

There is a new Leadership model. It's in my second book and I will be referring to it over the next few months. Transformational Leadership is too restrictive!
