The Missouri National Guard has released its fourteenth episode of "MO Guard TV," a half-hour television program showcasing the efforts of Citizen-Soldiers, Airmen and Family members throughout the Show-Me State. The program, which has a news magazine flair, was developed by Maj. Gen. Steve Danner, the Missouri National Guard Adjutant General. His goal for the program is to give the public deeper insight into the National Guard's role at home and abroad.
This episode is an overview of the Missouri National Guard's(MONG) role during State of Emergency Declarations (SED). It features coverage of the MONG and the 2011 Joplin Tornado, and explains the position of a Liaison Officers during an SED.
