MayoTitanic2012

The Addergoole Titanic Society is dedicated to preserving and celebrating the wonderful memory of fourteen young emigrants from our parish of Addergoole who left Ireland for a better life in America, in 1912, on the ill-fated Titanic. Only three of our fourteen friends and neighbors survived the sinking; Our little village in Mayo has not been the same since.

To commemorate, celebrate and remember the Fourteen and all those who have emigrated from Ireland the Addergoole Titanic Society are hosting the Mayo Titanic Culture Week 8 - 15 April, 2012, in the little village of Lahardane, Co.Mayo, Ireland.
