    In blender or food processor

    1 cup dry oatmeal (grind to a powder)


    1/3 cup canola, avocado, macadamia nut, coconut or almond oil
    2 whole eggs
    ¾ cup egg whites
    2 ripe bananas (the riper the better!)

    ½ tbsp. vanilla extract
    ½ tbs baking powder
    ¼ tsp salt
    2 scoops SPWP+ chocolate
    1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

    Mix well, dislodging clumps when necessary
    If too thick add a little more egg whites

    Butter or spray 9”X13” non-stick baking pan

    Add batter to pan

    Sprinkle with chocolate chips (optional…but not really)

    Bake in a preheated 350° oven on the upper rack for 15-20 minutes or until butter knife comes out clean when stuck into the middle. Do not overcook!

    Drizzle with sweetened condensed milk (optional) Show less
