MajorTurnsMinor

Hi youtube, this is just a channel I use to motivate my self and hopefully motivate other people to lose weight.

Start weight: 233 lbs
Curent weight: 229 lbs
Total loss so far: 4 lbs
Weeks:
Goal: 135 lbs

that's almost 100lbs you guys so I need every tip you have for me..

3/02-09: 233lbs
3/14-09: 228lbs
(tho I can't tell, I'm really glad it's working=)
3/28-09: -
3/31-09: 220 lbs =D
4/11-09: -
4/25-09: -
5/09-09: -
5/23-09: 224 lbs
5/30-09: 229 lbs
(out of track for a month or so.. so all together now I've only lost 4 lbs which sucks. However I'm BACK!)

as a starting point I will only weigh myself every other week, but if I do decide to have a weighing every now and then I will post it up here and you will still be able to see it..

wish me luck=)
