Lois Lavrisa | The Better Life Club

Welcome to The Better Life Club.

I’m Lois Lavrisa—an ICF-credentialed Associate Certified Coach (ACC), master-level certified life coach, author, educator, and creator of practical programs and resources for real life.

This channel is for people who want thoughtful, useful ideas about moving forward—without pressure, perfection, or empty motivational advice.

You’ll find honest conversations, practical tools, encouragement, and real-life perspectives on overthinking, motivation, meaningful goals, habits, confidence, follow-through, and creating a life that feels more intentional and genuinely your own.

I also share information about my books, programs, and current projects, including UNSTOPPABLE, my six-week self-paced course designed to help people choose one meaningful goal, create a realistic plan, and keep moving forward when life interrupts.

Subscribe and join The Better Life Club for practical ideas, honest encouragement, and meaningful action.
