Lake of the Woods Outdoorsman

Lake of the Woods Outdoorsman is a licensed USCG Captain, whom lives, guides and explores Lake of the Woods and it's surrounding area at every chance he's gets.  While sharing in our adventures, successes and failures, we hope you learn with us, what "life" is like, in Lake of the Wood County.  Lake of the Woods and the Rainy River (Baudette, MN) is known as the "Walleye Capital of the World".  Lake of the Woods County is also blessed with tremendously plush forests, which produce many edible wild fruits and mushrooms, while our fertile fields attract Geese, Deer, Ducks, Grouse, etc...life is good.
