  • Lynne Chapman: Illustrator Visit at a Primary School

    6,351 views 4 years ago
After reading 'Bears on the Stairs' to the children, it's make the event even more memorable if Lynne involves them in a fun activity linked to the story. She wrote this poem for the class to perform. The 3 boys at the front were volunteers to be the bear: one to roar, one to go 'Mmmmmm.....' after eating the children and one to end with a big burp! The boys made up all the actions on the spot and were so excited they were dancing about!

Lynne does around 50 educational events each year. She works with all age groups: children from KS1 through to secondary age, as well as adults, for whom she does regular lectures on drawing and illustration, INSET for teachers / librarians, or urban sketching workshops.

2015 fees start at £400 a day plus expenses. To find out more email: contact@lynnechapman.co.uk Show less
