Lorraine Korobanik Fitness

Welcome to Lorraine Korobanik Fitness!
I am a CanfitPro Certified Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, Yoga Alliance Certified 500 Hr Yoga Instructor & POUNDPro Instructor. I started this channel when the CoVid 19 (corona virus) hit and caused the closure of my work venues.

If you're interested in achieving vitality and balance, these videos are for you!
Get ready for weight training, cardio sessions and yoga classes that teach you the fundamentals (correct form and proper breathing techniques) in a welcoming, down-to-earth manner.

I also believe in having fun and giving the body lots of variety, so browse the library and keep checking back for new content!

I hope you find joy each time you join me on the mat, and that you will "Like" my posts and Subscribe to the channel. Feel free to follow me on Instagram as well https://www.instagram.com/lorrainekorobanikfitness/
