Just over a year ago Klaus embarked on a rather ambitious project to go to Kenya and make a film.
This "film idea" was something that Klaus had been thinking about doing for a while as a way to challenge himself to do something more than "just" photography. He hired film editor, Dean Paarman, to start the process by turning his existing footage into short videos for social media.
After receiving shocking news that Klaus was diagnosed with life threatening cancer, this idea turned into a realistic goal. Life is too short not to do exactly what you want.
In March of 2018 Wildlife Photographer Klaus Tiedge spent a month in Kenya. Together with Filmmaker Dean Paarman they set out to document his entire trip. The first week was was spent in Amboseli National Park before heading of to the incredible Masai Mara.
