Kitsap Humane Society is a private, nonprofit organization committed to providing positive life-changing solutions to people and companion animals on the Kitsap Peninsula and beyond, and we've been doing just that since 1908. 

We save thousands of abandoned, stray and surrendered pets in our community every year, and find loving homes for them.  For pets in need of extra care, we provide medical treatment and behavioral training to help ensure that these animals thrive in their new homes. 

Our staff and volunteers go above and beyond the call of duty every day for the welfare of animals.  Kitsap Humane Society is the little shelter that could -- and that does.
