“I was in a drug-induced coma for 12 days…” patient Wade Elms explained. “I wanted to go home, but I had a trach, and nobody would take me.”
Patient Bettye Perkins was told she’d never lift her arm straight up again. But her Kindred at Home therapist Danielle had different plans for her.
In fact, once they were receiving care in their own homes from Kindred at Home, these patients got better.
“They were just awesome from the day they walked in that front door,” said one patient. “They took excellent care of me. I couldn’t ask for anything better,” said another.
Bettye added, “It’s a pleasure to be home.”
