Keysi Fighting Method by Justo Dieguez

KEYSI is a martial arts method created to act and react while defending yourself. It originated in Spain during 1980 and was born from the life experience, study, and investigation of it's creator and founder Justo Dieguez. With purely Spanish roots; consisting of the Flamenco and the bull, KEYSI, which is also known to be the creator's / founder's, Justo Dieguez's, nickname, is a method of personal defense based on one's instinct and personal growth. It was created through life experience's encountered within the streets, influenced through year's of studies and research in other martial arts. As a result, it has evolved and become one of the most effective methods of self defense, which is now internationally known. KEYSI is taught throughout the world in various countries and has recently implemented several additional programs to include; Law Enforcement -- Tactical Defense, Fitness, Children, and Movies -- Theatrical / Film.
