This KOCH packagingLine packs canned raspberries in a blister with lid foil. The packaging line consists of a KBS-KF-type blister machine and a downstream cartoner. After the blisters have been formed the canned raspberries are fed into the machine via a state-of-the-art Stäubli robot. The capacity can be increased according to need. An inlay card is then introduced and subsequently sealed with a lid foil. In this particular application the lid foil is made of a peelable material.
The packed blisters are then transferred to the cartoner. After the folding cartons have been erected from a flat blank, the blister package is inserted. At the end of the process the side flaps are sealed.
The KOCH packagingLine can be readily expanded to include further components.
