Watch how our work in the community is opening health opportunities for all, through healthy eating, active living and tobacco prevention. Partnerships to Improve Community Health is a collaboration between the Healthy King County Coalition, Public Health – Seattle, King County and Seattle Children’s. This grant has supported pathways and opportunities to achieve health equity, meaning everyone has an equal opportunity to be as healthy as possible. Together we're breaking barriers by increasing access to safe outdoor spaces, nutritious foods and smoke-free environments. We’ve done this by collaborating with local partners on practical and long-lasting programs rooted in local communities. Learn more at www.kingcounty.gov/pich.
