This video is a short introduction to the Ki Max program and its format.
Ki Max is an interval training program using the components of boxing, muay thai & martial arts with a free standing kick bag.
The Instructors are taught to deliver Ki Max with consideration to the various skill levels in each class.
No co-ordination is necessary and the participant is able to perform the strikes at their own intensity. The more experienced can apply as much force as they wish while the less experienced can learn slowly at their own ability.
Both experienced & learners can comfortably use the same bag together.
Participants are taught how to apply speed & power given the strike combination so as to achieve a safe, effective and fun exercise workout.
