The DOE JGI routinely hosts student interns who are mentored in their field work and bench work, or in conducting computational analyses. In the summer of 2015, several undergraduate and graduate students from a wide range of backgrounds were mentored at the DOE JGI. In the summer of 2016, the DOE JGI hosted a total of 19 summer interns.
