John Schaefer Health

Weight loss for people who hate weight loss.

I'm John Schaefer. I've been coaching fat loss for 27 years, and I've watched people try everything: the shakes, the cleanses, the 5am cardio, starting over every Monday. What actually works is simpler and a lot more enjoyable. Real food, the drinks you like, a plan that fits your life, and someone in your corner while you do it.

New videos every day:
Goal weight math: exactly what to eat to get from where you are to where you want to be
Restaurant and fast food orders that fit the plan
Why you keep starting over, and how to stop
Muscle, protein and fat loss after 40
