"I started feeling a soreness in my lower Achilles while running with vibram five fingers KSOs...and i think its do to the pressure the back strap has on the lower tendon...I've since switched the running based model of the vibram which does not have the back strap any longer....my question is could it be my form that needs adjusting? or is it more the shoe that caused the soreness? If you have any idea please let me know=) appreciate it."
