Historic Home Team

Gary Gestson is a CHMP-certified historic home specialist with Long & Foster Real Estate, representing buyers and sellers of historic homes, farms and estates across Maryland and Pennsylvania since 2002. A former gallery owner with an MFA in Studio Art, Gary markets each property the way a curator presents a masterwork — researching its provenance, documenting its craftsmanship and finding the next steward who will carry its story forward. He has sold over $140 million in historic properties and was featured in NAR's "Own Your Niche."
