Habaneros, as you know, everything starts in Cuba. We begin with the sugarcane harvest. The sugarcane is pressed to produce a juice called Guarapo. Guarapo is heated to produce Sugarcane Honey. Sugarcane honey is mixed with pure spring water & yeast to start fermentation. The liquid is heated distilled & condensed to obtain aguardiente. Aguardiente is aged & purified then aged again to develop it's aromas & flavours. Our Maestros Del Ron Cubano select the best aged liquids to craft the perfect Havana Club 3 blend. Now the rum is ready for bottling. Before being exported to countries all over the world. Wwhere it 's used to make your favourite cocktails. Salud
