Established in 1966, the Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC) is a statutory body dedicated to creating opportunities for Hong Kong's businesses. Our mission is to explore potential markets for Hong Kong companies, especially small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), and connect them with business partners all around the world. With the help of our global network of more than 50 offices, including 13 on the Chinese mainland, we create opportunities and promote Hong Kong as a platform for doing business with the mainland, Asia and the world.
These videos produced by the Hong Kong Trade Development Council include a 10-part series which can be viewed sequentially or individually. The first three items describe how the initiative will extend from the Chinese mainland to Europe reaching more than 60 countries and 60 per cent of the world's population. Parts 4-6 explore related business opportunities and the final four items describe how Hong Kong can help with its business services and talent pool and the HKTDC itself.
