Welcome to my channel, let me tell you a little bit about myself...

I live a very active life and I enjoy eating tasty food.  My passion in life is fitness and health. In my spare time I love playing sports, my current focus is long course Triathlon, I spend countless hours on the bike, running and in the pool. Like most people I have had my fair share of fad diets, starvation plans and killer exercise programs. 

That's why I have created this channel to teach people of how to live healthier lives and to sort through the fact from fiction. I do like to share the love, so I invite all your questions and comments! But just remember to play nice, I don't tolerate nastiness or bullying on my sites. Bon appetite!
