I provide a hybrid training approach for runners, cyclists, and outdoor fitness enthusiasts who want to perform better and stay strong for life. My coaching focuses on athletic longevity and building the strength and resilience needed to move well as you age.

I’ve been coaching since 1999 and own GO FIT LIFE Coaching & Education. As a long-time strength coach and masters endurance athlete, competing in everything from triathlons, marathons, cyclocross to multi-day mountain bike stage races, I understand how to balance serious training with real life.

My workouts are structured, purposeful, and efficient. Every session is designed with clear objectives and outcomes so you understand the purpose behind the work. Most sessions are under one hour using minimal equipment and can be done at home.
