Greater El Paso Association of REALTORS®

Founded in 1951 (originally as the El Paso Board of REALTORS® and renamed in 1990), The Greater El Paso Association of REALTORS® is the largest professional real estate trade association in El Paso, serving over 3,00 members. 

We are an official board of the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) since 1916 and are connected with the Texas Association of REALTORS®. 

GEPAR actively tracks legislation affecting real estate, helps shape public policy, and provides public facing resources like a consumer listings portal (elpasotx.com).

Only members of these associations can use the term "REALTORS®".  It signifies more than just a real estate agent, it represents a commitment to professionalism, ethical conduct, and support for free enterprise and property rights under NAR’s strict Code of Ethics.
