LIT7s - London International Rugby 7s Tournament

LIT7s is dedicated to growing rugby 7s globally with multiple events being held in the USA and the UK.

LIT7s hosts the "LIT Super Sevens Series", Europe's largest rugby sevens series. More details available here: www.SuperSevensSeries.com.

LIT7s also hosts the largest rugby 7s tournament in the UK, the "London International 7s Tournament" (aka "LIT7s"). The 2026 event will be the 14th year that LIT7s will host the annual tournament in London on 18 July 2026.

LIT7s is associated with FindRugbyNow, a website focussed on building local rugby communities by bringing together rugby clubs, players, coaches, referees and fans.
