    Join us for this month's Everybody challenge, whether you complete the challenge in our Everybody facilities or in the comfort of your own home, this challenge is for everyone.

    Simply complete the exercises in this video over a 4 week period, share your achievements with us and you could be in with a chance of winning prizes including a Fitbit!

    The more you share the more chances of winning. This video explains how to get the most points and includes demonstrations of each exercise.

    Challenge starts: Monday 5th June until Friday 30th June.
