Electoral Dysfunction is the first documentary to take an irreverent—but nonpartisan—look at voting in America. In this award-winning film, political humorist Mo Rocca takes on a road trip to find out why the Founding Fathers deliberately left the right to vote out of the Constitution, what inspired Voter ID laws, how the Electoral College works (or doesn’t work), who designs ballots, and how a former felon was sentenced to ten years in prison for the crime of voting. He also meets reformers working to make America's electoral system fairer and more transparent.
