He serves as Founder and Lead Pastor of Christ Church, a diverse congregation of over 13,000 members across multiple campuses in New Jersey, representing more than 70 nationalities. Through his work with The CARE Center of New Jersey and Belong Group, Dr. Ireland is advancing mental health, community empowerment, and inclusive leadership, bridging faith, culture, and social impact.

Having spoken in 75+ nations and appearing on programs such as The Dr. Phil Show, Fox News, and CBS Evening News, Dr. Ireland brings culturally relevant insights that equip people to thrive in every area of life. He is the author of more than 30 books and has served as a consultant to the NBA, a chaplain to professional athletes, and a trainer to military leaders at the Pentagon.
