DE Thrives is a theme shared by the Department of Public Health, the Delaware Healthy Mother and Infant Consortium and partner organizations throughout the State of Delaware so that ALL of our babies have the same opportunity to thrive.

Our Mission: Together, we will help more babies get off on the right foot, and help them grow to be healthy adults.

All share one common aim-that all of Delaware's babies and children have the same opportunity to thrive.
