On March 13, 2014 the Delaware Riverkeeper Network hosted a forum/webcast with the attorneys and community leaders who led the legal challenge against Pennsylvania's pro-gas Act 13. The state supreme court ruled that Pennsylvania residents have a right to a clean environment. The panel answered questions from the studio audience and people watching online.
The number of natural gas pipelines being built in the Delaware River Watershed is growing. The Delaware Riverkeeper Network is releasing a series of videos with experts discussing the impact of these pipelines. Areas such as safety, environmental damage, health effects and legal recourse for property owners who are in the path of these pipelines will be discussed.
