Who are we?
That's a good question – and we should know.
For more than a decade we’ve been an agency that understands the importance of a good question. It's the foundation upon which we work.
We started out in 2001, originally in a garden shed, by asking one, very simple, question:
“Shouldn't market research be as individual as our clients are?”
So we asked them.
They told us that they wanted a research agency that’s a true partner: reliable, approachable, dependable, consistent.
They told us they wanted an agency that understands their market place inside and out. One that provides a single project manager to liaise with. One with the size and resources to adopt any methodology and which is flexible enough to go the extra mile when something a little extraordinary is needed.
We’ve come a long way since the garden shed. But those answers still inform the way in which we deliver insight. We believe that each of our clients is unique, and that research should reflect this.
In short, we’re an agency that provides the right package whilst still being great value for money.
How do we do it?
We recruit Researchers that are amongst the best in the UK, with experience across the entire Public, Private and Voluntary sectors.
We provide clients with individual Project Managers with relevant sector expertise.
We brought everything completely in-house, from analysis and data processing, to telephone interviewing and recruiting hard to reach audiences.
We cover the UK, Europe and the rest of the world.
We invest in quality. From our military-grade data storage facility to our project deliverables checklist, we embed quality at every stage of the research process.
Most importantly, we build relationships. Relationships with some of the largest organisations in the world and relationships with local companies who started off just like us. Relationships which have stood solid for almost a decade. Relationships which, though similar, are all unique. Just like our clients.
