Cyclopark's new running group for beginner Ladies.
This is a friendly session for anyone new to running or returning after injury, the aim of the sessions is to gradually build up to be able to run 5k.
Babies in pushchairs are permitted, no walking children though unless in a pushchair.
The session lasts 45 mins with a warm up followed by gentle introduction to running, which included short runs combined with walking on a section of our road circuit.
The Skate Park has been planned with local skaters and leading skate park designers to ensure that it offers a real challenge.
It includes a bowl, mini ramp with grind over gap, jump box, plaza section with hollow rainbow hubba, granite pier 7 manual pad,
blocks, rails, tiled floor, bank hip, backless quarter, and jersey barrier.
At the 1,400 square metre Skate Park, skaters of all abilities will learn from each other and the spectator area is great place to watch the action.
