In 2010, Communicare’s Chief Communication Consultant, Monica Prado, observed a common problem in the business world. She noted that many employees and professionals possess competent technical skills, but lack the confidence and the skills in oral and written communication. While many of these employees and professionals are willing to develop their communication skills, they dread long, boring and traditional lectures. Thus, with her experience and knowledge in the fields of communication, media and training, Monica established Communicare to help organizations and individuals develop their communication skills in an enriching yet fun and exciting learning environment.

Since then, Communicare has conducted communication trainings and talks for thousands of individuals and many local and multi-national companies.
