As a chronic pain patient myself,  I can only share that its been a tempestuous journey. Its been both exhilarating and hair raising at times. Other times, its been isolating, deflating, depressing and even anxiety causing. The wondrous part of the Chronic Pain journey -- is its just THAT.  A journey.  We don't live in a fixed Universe.

 One day the pain feels unbearable- perhaps a few months down the road, you're out with friends, laughing and celebrating your wins and successes along the way.
Whatever the journey, its certainly not boring ! and that, in and of itself, speaks volumes.
