The simple tips to improve your health is number one, to walk with your chin level, to sit with your chin level, and to sleep with your chin level. When reading it's important that you read at eye level as opposed to dropping in your head down. By reading at eye level, you're able to unlock the stress to your neck and upper back region. It's also important to recognize that we all push ourselves really hard in life. And when we push ourselves, what that means is that we don't recognize when we're tired in our body. And so many of us have learned to be mentally strong, and so when we are mentally strong, we say, "Oh, I have to do this and this and this," but our body says, "I'm tired."
So it's really important to learn to recognize our energy in our body and realize that we do not have to over-push that. The true growth in life is to learn balance, to learn how to operate in a healthier energy efficiency. So that brings up this point I think all people should ask is this question of themselves: How can I do this and save energy? It causes the mind to look for other ways to reduce the energy outlay. And that is so vital to save energy, to not deplete energy. And the more energy we save means we don't have to pull from the stored energy sources. And so, all of a sudden we have an abundance of energy.
The other issue that is a tip for bringing health into your life is to learn to love yourself, to learn to validate yourself, to learn to encourage yourself, to learn to give yourself approval instead of looking outside of yourself for these things. Step up and give these things to self each and every day so you might start out by taking a bath in the morning, and when you do that, you might say, well, as you wash your feet, "I love my feet", you're washing your ankles, "I love my ankles", you come to your knees, "I love my knees", "I love my legs", "I love my hips", "I love my back", "I love my neck", "I love my head", "I love my mind." It's just affirming love into your being, and the more you embed love, the more you will attract love. And the most important love in life is the love from self to self.
