Cascade Club

The Cascade Club was conceived to fulfill its members needs of developing and maintaining a healthy urban lifestyle.

In turn, membership is viewed as a small but important investment to combat the rigours of daily life - stress, obesity, pollution, ageing - a place where individuals can work at their own pace in a fun and stylish environment.
