    What I Ate Last Week, My Healthy Food Diary! It's the video you guys always ask me for so here's what I've been munching the last couple of days, from Granola and Flapjack recipes to Healthy Smoothies, restaurant tips and snack swaps! Don't get too hungry!

    Homemade Granola & Granola Bar
    - 1 Cup of Oats
    - Half a cup of Raisins
    - Half a cup of Nuts / Seeds
    - Quarter cup of desicated coconut
    - Quarter cup of Honey
    - Quarter cup of Peanut Butter
    - Mix together and pop into baking tray, then into the oven 220'c for 15minutes.
    - For granola bar tightly press it all together!
