The Champlain Valley Senior Community is a new Adirondack assisted living facility located in Willsboro, NY. Situated on the Boquet River, the state-of-the-art community offers a full range of assisted service including a 24-hour medical alert system, on-site security, personal care assistance, 3 daily meals, wellness programs, medication management, a 24-hour on-call registered nurse and a memory care wing, among other amenities. 

The newly renovated building was formerly the home of the Willsboro Grade School and is on the National Register of Historic Places and features original wood archways, 12-foot ceilings and 8-foot windows for scenic views of the river throughout the community.

The community is located within walking distance from restaurants, stores, places of worship, the Paine Memorial Library, the Willsboro Pharmacy and Champlain Bank. The community is also a short drive from advanced medical care.
