Using battle ropes, kettlebells, sandbags, TRX, tyres, dumbells, barbells, medicine balls, plus more, Christian will get you the results you want guaranteed!
Location: Hove beach, by the King Alfred leisure centre.
If you prefer to train indoors, sessions can take place at Cheetahs Gym in Hove.
