CMB Regional Centers is one of the oldest active regional centers within the EB-5 industry with over twenty years of experience. Patrick F. Hogan, the CEO and Founder of CMB Regional Centers, has been involved in the EB-5 industry since 1994, and CMB’s first regional center was established in 1997.

In 2014, CMB commissioned independent third-party audits of all CMB EB-5 partnership financials according to GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and audits of CMB’s track record. CMB has commissioned the same audits in each year since, and will continue to do so going forward, thereby setting a standard in transparency for the EB-5 industry.

CMB has over 40 staff members that speak 10+ different languages. This team is made up of senior management, an investor relations team, in-house business attorneys, in-house securities compliance, in-house financial analysts and economists, and an accounting department.
