CHAT - Young People's Minds Matter

CHAT supports young people and youths aged 16 to 30 with their mental health concerns by providing personalised and confidential mental health checks in Singapore.

As a one-stop centre for youth mental health and resources, we offer in-the-moment support through phone, webCHAT (anonymous text-based support), as well as mental health checks where you can meet with one of our Youth Support Workers either in-person at an assessment room at *SCAPE for, or virtual or phone assessments, whichever works better for you.
