All aboard for the tour of BoomBoxDeluxe's channel! Now departing!
This 46-minute tour of my channel will take you through a wide range of video subjects. Some are still images, and some are video clips. Regardless of whether they're videos or still images, ALL will have clickable links, so if you like the look of something.... click that link! :D
During the tour, we will be stopping at the following destinations:
Electricity meters..... PLUGS..... Rate Changers...... BoomBoxes.......
Time switches...... FELINE vids....... Test-Time vids...... FUN vids.......
The tour starts with an Itinerary Guide-Screen. This shows the upcoming tour destinations. Please do note that there are two of these Guide-screens, as all of the destinations wouldn't fit on one screen. The second Itinerary Guide-Screen will arrive part-way along the tour and will reveal more exciting destinations to visit! :D
Whenever the Itinerary Guide-Screen shows, there will be a brief pause before a FLASHING RED BOX appears over one of the destinations. That will be the next stop along the tour. :-)
After this you will then be taken to a Blue Guide-Screen which will give you a quick description of the upcoming destination, its related Video Designator, along with a clickable link to the playlist (if one exists) Some destinations along the tour will either be video clippets, still images, or a combination of the two.
When you are on a Blue Guide-Screen and you see a clickable playlist link, you may (if you wish) either temporarily go to that part of my channel and watch the videos there and return to the tour afterwards, or completely depart from the tour altogether.
Of course, completely departing from the tour mid-way means that you won't get to see the remaining destinations, so you will need to re-start the tour again.
BoomBoxDeluxe's TOP TIP: If you see a link that you're tempted to click on, but don't wish to depart from the tour, hold down CTRL on your keyboard before clicking the link. This will enable you to open that link in another window while continuing on with the tour. At this point, quickly go to that window, pause the video that you have clicked, and then return to the tour. You can then view that video at the end of the tour. :-)
Since the first day of the first upload, to the current day, the large majority of my videos have been assigned a VIDEO DESIGNATOR. A Video Designator is to categorise that video into a particular section on my channel so that, at a later time when enough videos of that particular Video Designator are on my channel, a playlist can be formed so as to group all those videos together in one place. Also, a Video Designator also allows easy searching on my channel, as a Video Designator can be used as a search keyword on my channel.
As an example, all of my PLUGS videos will have "PLUGS" as the first word in the video title. This is the Video Designator. Of course, video designators can consist of more than one word, like "Electricity Meter" for example.
So, going back to the PLUGS Video Designator. If you wished to watch videos containing PLUGS, then you now have a choice: You can use the search box ON MY CHANNEL and search for PLUGS, or you can go to the PLUGS PLAYLIST.
Where a playlist doesn't exist for a particular Video Designator, it may be because there isn't yet enough videos of that particular type to warrant the production of a playlist, OR I may decide to not make a playlist for that particular Video Designator for whatever other reason I decide. Currently, "FELINE" videos don't (yet) have a playlist, but searching for "Feline" on the search-box ON MY CHANNEL will return all of the videos where the main subject of the video is my Tobias! :D
When searching IT IS IMPORTANT to use the search box on my channel and NOT the main search-bar at the top of every YouTube webpage!
I hope that you enjoyed the channel tour, peoples. Please don't forget that the clippets and still images seen are only a minor fraction of the channel's whole content!
There will be more content arriving over time, so please consider subscribing now to avoid missing out on that. :-)
For now, thanks for watching.
