Bobby Mackey Releases Self Written Single as a Personal Salute to
The Late-Great George Jones "That Jones Boy Is Gone"
From The New Album "Country Music Lives On"
From the time Bobby Mackey was learning to play his Roy Rogers guitar growing up in Concord Kentucky, Lewis County, he was overwhelmingly inspired by George Jones and influenced by his music. This single release "That Jones Boy Is Gone" is meant to be a salute to the life of the legend, George Jones, and all the great music he left us.
"Bobby's recording of "That Jones Boy is Gone" is a well written, well sung fitting tribute to the country music icon. Give it a listen; better yet share it with your listeners!!"
