Former highly recruited safety Delvin Breaux broke several vertebrae in his neck as a senior in high school after making a hit during a game in 2006. The injury was so severe, his doctor told him he should've been dead on the field. After years of rehab and a short stop at LSU, where he didn't play a single snap, Breaux wound up playing for a few semi-pro teams and became a dominant cornerback in the Canadian Football League.
Now he has a chance to make his NFL dream come true with his hometown New Orleans Saints.
See how Delvin's impossible story turns out. The kid who should have died on the field is about to make the comeback of a lifetime.
