Nubia Seibert

Nubia uses the power and universality of color to communicate with the viewer.
She begins her abstract process by layering color through direct painting on canvas. Small touches left alone, unexpected images, and color combinations emerge, beginning a relationship with the artists psyche and emotions. These unexpected points of reference lead to narratives invented by the viewer. When this occurs, the artist believes she has fulfilled her purpose.
She is currently represented by galleries in Texas, Arizona,New Mexico and Tennessee. Her work is included in numerous private collections in North and South America, Europe and Asia.

'"Nubia's paintings exhibit remarkable passion and masterful execution.
Their abstraction gives viewers a welcomed opportunity to imagine and
dream. The artist shows a freshness of vision that continues to evolve
over time."
