Problem of homeless animals in RF is deliberately kept unsolved for making economical damage to the country. Every year billions are wasted on obviously false method, that imitates solving of the problem: "trap–neuter–vaccinate–return - TNVR". In real the basis of solving of the problem - is the complete ban of unsupervised animals on our territory, like in all developed countries. Dogs massively exterminate homeless cats and all kinds of farm animals. Dogs paralyze livestock farming, they massively destroy fauna and game resources. Victims of the dogs suffer terribly because dogs mostly don't eat them, but injure, leaving for slowly death. Lives of not only the animals but also of poor people who have to turn their homes into shelters are turned into hell. TNVR is advocated by bad people pretending to be the animal protectors.
